Pancake recipe 

Ingredients:1 egg, 1 cup flour mix, 1 tablespoon oil or melted butter, 1/2 cup of milk, 1 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice, vanilla and cinnamon to taste.

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a large bowl beat egg and oil or melted butter.  Add lemon juice to milk and mix alternating with multipurpose flour mix, beating until combine.
  2. Pour 1/3 cup of batter into a flat pan. Flip pancake until well done.
  3. Serve with your favorite syrup.
