Quinoa brownie mix

Gluten and lactose free

INGREDIENTS: 2 eggs, 1/2 cup oil, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, quinoa brownie mix.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 ºC  (350 ºF).  Grease and flour a 4” x 4” pan.
  2. In a large bowl beat 2 eggs, ½ cup oil and ½ teaspoon of lemon juice.  Add brownie mix and beat for 2 minutes or until well blended.  Pour batter into prepared pan. 
  3. Bake at 180 ºC  (350 ºF) for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. At 2000 meters above sea level, bake for 40 minutes.

    Cool completely on a wire rack before cutting and enjoying.

        SUGGESTION: Add 1/4 cup of walnuts or chocolate chips.

Notice: do not eat raw batter.
